One trend I’m loving for spring is vertical lines. Horizontals have had their fun in seasons past, but I’ve always been moreso a fan of verticals. I will admit though, horizontally striped tops will always have a special place in my fashion heart as they remind me of my time living in Seoul. Stripes were very “in” in Seoul at the time and I couldn’t go anywhere without seeing cute Korean girls and boys rocking them. Unfortunately, horizontal stripes aren’t for everyone as they have the ability to give you a broader look. Vertical stripes though have the ability to elongate the body, and give a more lean appearance than their more popular sister stripes. So, what do I pear vertical stripes with? Just about anything. These tops are super versatile, and I especially love them with a floral bottom. You can also pair a striped top with a striped bottom, though it is a wee bit more challenging scenario.
