I spotted this blouse a few months ago in my local Forever21 and was so taken with it. The trapeze shape of the body paired with the bell sleeves that tie at the bottom along with all the gathering and additional seams? Yes, yes, and yes. It has a super luxe feel, but was less than $25! I paired it with one my my favorite vintage bags, a tooled leather clutch from Peru.The detailing on this bag is insane. The inside has a built in wallet and additional tooling.
