People often ask where I get my eclectic sense of style. I always reply that I think I’ve been influenced a bit by all the places I’ve lived and all the people I’ve encountered. One of the happiest periods of time in my life is when I lived in Seoul — this blog, shikshin, is titled after a nickname I was given there. The style in Seoul has definitely had a lasting impression when it comes to my personal style. I purchased a black bow like this while there because I loved the femme school girl vibe.
