Fall fashion in Florida can be a bit tricky due to unseasonably warm weather. Mini skirts can be worn year round here which is a major plus in my book, though I do love to wear more traditional fall attire while traveling. This lightweight suede in dusty pink is a perfect fall transition piece and is so effortlessly channeling the 70’s vibe. Suede has such a luxurious feel, and there are loads of affordable faux versions popping up amongst high street retailers. I’m pairing it now with a cropped sleeveless sweater and anticipate wearing it with a chunky thick knit cropped sweater when the temps drop a bit.
*For those interested in purchasing the skirt I thought it prudent to note that, for me, this was not wearable off the rack. The sizing ran massive and the xs required about 5-6″ be taken from the waist. Being as the skirt is suede and lined AND needed a bit of an overhaul the alterations were a bit steep — mine ran $70.
