I love a fun detail on a piece and ruffle sleeves tick all the right boxes. This blouse has a gorgeous high mock neck that makes it feel sophisticated, while the sheer crinkled chiffon is more playful. The trumpet sleeves though are what steals the show. I saw this blouse my first week back in NYC and it stopped me in my tracks. I assumed it was part of a special collection and would be more expensive, but I was shocked to find it was less than $20! Since then I’ve worn it several ways — under a pinafore dress, with denim, and with a leather skirt for a night out.
