Mindset Monday: Morning Positivity

I truly believe that how you spend the first five minutes of your morning sets the tone for your day.

I know it’s easy, and even programmed, for us to immediately reach for our phones to check emails, etc. but I really implore you to be ‘selfish’ and use the first five minutes of your day for YOU.

Think of what you’re grateful for, journal, practice yoga, stretch, recite affirmations, sing, meditate, cuddle your pup. Do anything that starts your day on an emotional high note! Create your own ritual and practice it daily.
